Fanney Antonsdottir, an Icelandic artist based in Oslo Norway.

I studied design and art at The Icelandic Academy of arts, Danmarks Designskole in Denmark, and Nordic Institute of Stage and Studio in Norway.

I have participated with works as an independent designer in exhibitions at galleries such as Louisiana Museum of Modern Art in Denmark, Scandinavian House in New York, The National Museum of Iceland and The National Museum of Women in the Arts in Washington.

Commercially I have worked within different artistic fields, as a costume designer for several TV productions, newspaper cartoonist and doing SfX prosthetic makeup for TV and Films

Since 2018 I work in the critically acclaimed Norwegian theatre group Susie Wang, making the body horror elements and other physical Special Effects focusing on the organic form. Susie Wang is getting noticed around the world and we have toured with our productions both i in Europe and USA and recommended by several newspapers and critics such as The New York Times.
