Gelatine ears.
First I took a cast of the models ears to make plaster positives. Step 2 is sculpting "nisse" ears in clay and then make a mold from them to create the gelatine ears. Last step is adhering the ears and put the make up right so the ears blend in with the models complexion.
The beard is made of crepe hair. Few hairs at a time are adhered on the face to make the end result look natural.
